Doing Business with Presentation Switchers

Shipping
  • METHOD. Customers can select from UPS or FedEx for shipments within the United States. International sales require negotiation for other methods. All shipments are FOB factory.
  • COST. Customers will be invoiced for the cost of shipping.
Billing
  • INVOICING. Invoicing will occur the same day of shipment.
  • BILLING. Customers will be subject to a 1.5% finance charge on all invoices extending beyond granted terms. No grace period will be accepted.
  • COLLECTIONS. If an account is not collectable within 90 days, Company reserves the right to submit entire balance to collections.
Return Policy
  • RESTOCKING FEES
    1. Customer may return a product within 30 days without any restocking fees.
    2. Beyond 30 days but within 180 days, a customer may return a product but will incur a 15% restocking fee.
    3. Beyond 180 days, the product will not be returnable.
  • SHIPPING COST.  Company shall bear the cost of shipping if failure occurs within 2 weeks of invoice date. After 2 weeks of invoice date, shipping from the customer to the Company will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • RMA. Customer must have a Return Merchandise Authorization before a product will be accepted for return – for any reason (repair or credit).
